‘Look-Out’
She takes in the beautiful view while precariously perched on a mountain side at Mt. Charleston.
Take the time to look-out.
‘Sunset on Padaro Beach’
The sun throws light at the striated cloud formations scattered above the Pacific. Colors emerge as different wavelengths reflect off of the coagulated, suspended water particles.
You, too, can reflect beautiful wavelengths.
‘The Alternative’
Wind turbines turning atop the rolling hills outside of San Francisco.
Keep in mind, the alternative.
‘Hiking Red Rock’
Dusty trail through Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Blue skies, green grass, and red rocks are the perfect combination for a tasty summer hike.
Keep trekking.
‘Gradual Decline’
Newest from the Open Road series. This one was taken on the way back from Mount Charleston. The vistas out here are amazing and its proximity to Vegas makes this destination a double plus.
*Note* This picture marks the roll-over of my camera odometer - shot 10,000 photos in 9 months…
A Golden Rule: Success begins in finding the open space.
‘Infinity Point’
Open Road, this time on the way to Ely, Nevada on US Highway 93. The roads stretch forever out here. Retracing this four hour jaunt in May, very excited to return to the wilderness for a bit.
Some Destinations seem so far; stay on the Path, and eventually you’ll reach them.
‘Open Road’
Took a drive out to Lake Mead and renewed my love for the open road.
Just shut up, and drive.
‘Upper Atmosphere’
Flying high above the clouds, the sunlight refracting off the air below the plane creates the light blue colors above the majestic, snow-capped Sierra Nevada Mountains. The lower concentration of matter in the upper atmosphere fades to black because of a lack of light reflecting compounds. Science has an explanation, but the beauty is indescribable.
Never Fade to Black.
‘Muni Lines’
Sunset over the streets of San Francisco. The wires traversing the skyline belong to the cities transportation fleet of Zero Emission Busses called the Muni.
Enjoy.
‘Kite Flyer’
Boy Flies a kite standing on a seawall near sunset at Baker’s Beach, San Francisco.
Enjoy.
